Leading Washington, DC-based direct response firm with 22 years of service seeks a dynamic and creative fundraising professional interested in leading a talented team. Must have experience developing direct response fundraising and communications across multiple channels – mail, phone, face-to-face and online. Candidate must have the ability to develop strategy, guide analysis, and direct creative work on state-of-the-art direct response programs.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional to play a leading role in helping clients achieve success and helping define the future of fundraising. Supervisory experience in a team setting is a plus. Candidate must have 5+ years of experience in the direct marketing field and a proven successful track record managing non-profit direct marketing programs which includes working closely with the client to develop strategic and analytic goals of the client’s program.
